So this is what it is really all about:

"Meanwhile Palm has signed an agreement with the Chinese Guizhou Province to develop the country’s first “sports town”. The ‘seris of eco-developed towns’  will be called “West Bromwich Albion Sports Soccer Towns”.
When they are built, West Brom will export its expertise and help teach local youngsters how to play and coach football."

Looks like bad news to.me. I was hoping for a new owner to buy us who was interested in the club. Not the latest timeshare project.

Well the one positive we should be able to take, is that Lai is not going to want his new development to be attached to a nothing club. At some point he is either going to have to sell and buy a new 'more prestigious' club he can attach his colours to or he is going to have to ensure that we are on the up. Not because he has any affinity to the club, just because he is going to want the impact of the name. Not meant to be disrespectful to them but the 'Stevenage Sport Football Towns' does not quite have the same ring to it (actually it does not sound that bad........but).
