I thought that was distinctly average...
How poor were they though, they really need to watch that trap door for it is looming large. As should Hull, if I was a gambling man I'd be inclined to back Hull for relegation

Funny you should say that, jjamez. I thought Charlton were much better than Brizzle and they're pushing for a play off spot. Could easily have been level or even ahead before we brought our impact subs on.
But you're dead right about Hull. Going down if they don't buck up.

Thing about brizzle is that whilst they were very poor, they definitely had players who could change a game, palmer, patto, Wells whom we know and then the likes of Eliason and diedhou who we don't know much off. They just never turned up.
Charlton though have Taylor and Williams at a push, you can build a team around a couple of players but can't expect the world from them every week, look at us with mooy in the prem and grant for the first part of the season. If you only have one or two players that you really rely on its a disaster waiting to happen regardless of who you are.
We had a good January and now have a number of players that contribute and effect games on a more regular basis and tbh let's get this season out of the way and stay up, next season we could be looking a lot higher up the league.
Charltons January dealings have left them worryingly looking over their shoulder and I struggle to see who they could build around going forward, whereas we have bacca, lob, mounie, grant, toffs with the distinct possibility of esr and willock to build around.
I know there is a very high chance of kg leaving in the summer, but maupay went for 25mil, kg is homegrown and has some prem experience, so one would be inclined to suggest that 15-25 would be a ball park figure, we'd just have to learn from our mistakes over the last 2 years and invest wisely

No idea why the highlights video isn't showing properly on my post but it does on Snoots's reply.
Selling your best player/goalscorer half-way through the season just when you think you've secured mid-table mediocrity and have a sniff of maybe making the play-offs never sends a good signal around the rest of the club.
Can't ever see us doing that .... oh, hang on a minute.

You'd left the http:// bit on when you pasted the address in. So I clicked on reply and just deleted that bit.

A chap that used to play for and live in (or somewhere close to) L666s complaining about spending a few days in Yorkshire this week? Most of which were apparently in L666s. Homesick after being up here since Tuesday? 4 days rest to prepare for the defeat to Wendies, 3 more to prepare for the defeat to Town. Didn't score a goal in either of them? Be honest Bowyer, you just don't do Yorkshire any more do you?

Poor love, couldn't he find anyone to pick a fight with outside a take-away this time? Oh, yeah, his mate would have been up in Middlesbro', so couldn't join him.
As far as the handball is concerned - the keeper was claiming it as neither he nor his defenders reacted to a ball they should have cleared or caught with ease. Mounié pulls his right arm back and knocked it in with his chest or shoulder at worst. The liner was looking straight at it, any handball and he'd have flagged it.
Of course, VAR thinks shoulders are handball these days or even worse, shoulder charges are as bad as dangerous studs up play, but what do those clowns in the Stockley Park portacabin know about football? You wouldn't want them giving a ruling on an lbw decision in cricket or a knock-on in rugby now would you?
Hmm, wonder who's car park they've put the portacabin in?

Are they squatters? I think we should be told.

Can someone with a brain at Yorkshire Live (probably an oxymoron for the Unexamined) explain the headline in relation to the blurb that follows. Where, oh where, oh where, do you explain what job Town's forwards don't want to do?

Mel Smooth - moron or oxymoron?
