Listening to Micky Weir on bbc Sportsound, he shares the same sentiments that Hibs have the players who definitely 'raise their game' for bigger matches and he is glad that Hibs have drawn a bigger club rather than a small one - more likely to lose lol!

That blatant Russell 'hand baw' well highlighted in Hibs match report and no surprise TBF! We move on but, as said previously, it's another 'incident' to add to the ref black list!

Listening to Lenny's interview was enlightening and much of it ties in with the frustrations of lotsa Hibs fans. A Morton player uses both hands in his pen box to block a Hibs shot - why no stonewall pk and we have them awarded against us willy nilly!!!? Also quote: We've had five red cards, three rescinded on appeal, and these decisions have cost us points this season!!!! Well put Lenny!! This league should've been 'done n dusted' by now and one does wonder as Lenny suggested, 'Maybe there is an agenda, I don't know'!!

Its time someone just had the balls to say what is staring them right in the face instead of hiding behind this "they are just incompetent but not corrupt" guff.

Lennon is that someone.

Well he's 'not letting it go' either btw! Reading in today's EEN Sport, Lenny saying he's witnessing the worst standard of Scottish refing ever. Also Bobby Madden generally a reasonable ref but not in Morton v Hibs match and indeed not impartial - well said Lenny but he'll prob be in extra trouble with the SFA beaks!! This same issue was debated in Nov 2016 at Hibs AGM and I remember Neil saying he'd need to extend the meeting time to thoroughly debate the awful refereeing of Hibs matches!! Over 3 months later and what has changed???? I've said it before that we need to win matches in spite of the interference of certain SFA refs and I still hold that view - gotta watch out if you upset the 'ref clique' all the same and IMO impartiality does not prevail with certain members within their 'club'! Id need to see it again but i thought mcgregor might have got a touch of the ball first the day too. That aside look at the rescinded cards we have had, look at the amount of pks we have had, look at the calls against us this season. It just stinks.

So did our 2nd half showing mind you. 1st half we dominated but again we couldn't get the 3 points, like dunfermline last week morton did not look like scoring unless they got a pk. I'm starting to think some of these players know they are on the way out in the summer, with lennon himself afterwards admitting he might have 'got it wrong' with the players he has brought in.

Now if morton don't beat st mirren on tuesday we can seal it with a win v QOTS. The smart money would be on the draw on both counts though.

Morton didn't win but are being currently hammered 1-4 by the Buddies with mins remaining! A great result from a Hibs point of view! Thumb up And hopefully Falkirk next for the Buddies to thump!
