I prefer the 0-7 commentary at Tynecastle 1973 - the all-time record 'doing'and the referee didn't help in any way either! 6-2 at ER wasn't far behind in sheer quality of a 'going over' and don't forget Hibs disappointingly 'took the foot off the gas' after 6 goals when it could well have been an all-time 9-2 or 10-2 doing on another day - a top class performance by a top class team! Thumb up

But that recent 3-2 Scottish Cup final win over Rangers is well up there for sheer grit and determination to win the Holy Grail so dramatically and register theeeee historic win for our footie club!!! Thumb up

In fact 0762 if I remember the match commentator for the 6-2 game described it as SIX OF THE BEST and absolutely STUNNING. After wee Russell scored the goal of the night ... Yeesssssssssssssssssss

Strangely I managed to attend and witness those three cracking historic Hibs matches but lifting the Holy Grail was definitely the 'icing on the cake'! Thumb up

I also attended all 3 games 0762 3 different highs of emotions but like you say along with thousands of other Hibs supporters still enjoying the lifting of the Scottish Cup.

Don't think there's been a day since the final I have not watched the game over & over the Mrs is now starting to get a bit fed up wi it.

But as every footie fans no FOOTBALL comes before the Mrs.
