We managed to see and hold the handles of the Scottish Cup during a family photo session at ER. Who'dve thought that was ever gonna happen eh but the 'dream' has come true and Hibs name has been recently engraved on it because I inspected the base/plinth of the trophy to make sure it was there!

I was also there today 0762......never thought it would happen!
At least they let us hold the handles. Some of the earlier photo sessions didn't have that benefit.

So my son was right newhavenhibby! He insisted that no touching of the trophy was allowed but I referred to one of the FAQs on Hibs web site that clarified the handles could be held and it certainly suited the photographer for the photo pose.

I think they changed their attitude after a number of complaints.
Photographer was very good and allowed people to take their own pics as well as his official one / two. All in all it was very well organised and a great experience.

Very good HFC bounce but I still prefer, Skacel- it's 5 star hearts as a piece of all time classic commentary.
