He's an excuse maker.  Wallace should have bbe in a squad long before now.  Even if he was playing lower league football, you only have to put him on the pitch with his peers to ascertain if he can reach the necessary level.

They can always pull out the squad,it's not like rangers players have never done that.

What does your reply have to do with the content of my comment?

It's the crux of the matter,as trusevich points out in post 2.

If they want to be involved great. If not big deal.

Exactly right it's no big deal to play for Scotland now! International football is dead. Club comes first.

It's not the crux of my comment, however.

Do you not understand why there is a reply facility?

There is no need to be so precious about it. None at all.

Press suggestions today that both will be pulled from the Scotland squads if they are required for the European qualifiers. Seems fair enough, the lads need a rest and it's ridiculous to have international friendlies well into June if we don't have a tournament to warm up for.

They need a break after a long season and a Cup final.....daft to play them in games that don't count for anything.

Baffles me why we need to have international games in June anyway. No need for co-efficient points as all the draws have been made, no tournaments to warm up for. It must just be an SFA financial decision.
