Just another thought, what if I am right and we go up to the Championship? Would he be any more likely to stay for a good wedge when we offload SEB? I think if that happened he could well be persuaded stay with us beyond the end of next season. He is good but he's not Premier quality. Who knows - a bit more TV money in the pot for us to spend when we are on tv every other week. Also if his case gets dropped as seems possible, I assume he would get compensation for loss of earnings? A 4 year claim for potential losses and he could ease his money troubles for life and afford to play footy for pocket money ........ and the love of the game of course.
