Based on the contents of his 'Dear Fans' letter, Guochuan Lai seems to be a decent guy and one hopes that what he says will be put into practice.
Reading between the lines, it would appear that we will continue to be saddled with TP type playing philosophy and there is not a crock of gold for incoming transfers. (one wonders if pulling out of the Sakho deal is down to the new owner)
It is good to see JP is being retained as an 'adviser' for next season and although he will have no power, his guiding influence might be vital. I too will be sorry to see JP go - he has done a brilliant job bringing stability to the club even though some of us moan about some of his policies.
Perhaps we should ask BaggieVicar if we should name one of the stands 'Peace be with you'
