Well it was a bloody hot afternoon and a hard July pitch but we definitely looked more comfortable than against Matlock
I have to say Ched looked very good considering his situation.I thought he wouldn't lack too much in ability and fitness as he had looked in good shape from the photos and he proved that with a very decent centre forward performance
It was comfortable all afternoon and we stroked it about in impressive fashion.
I have to again give praise to Liam Graham who must be pushing for a start even though Mcginn has done nothing wrong either .
Gboly had a quiet game and I hope he hasn't been distracted by the transfer talk.It will do him no good.
The other player Id like to single out for praise is Connor Dimaio who has looked an improved player pre season and will almost certainly start against Oxford unless Nolan gets fit and impresses quickly although with Banks gone we may yet sign another central midfielder.
