That's a fair point MS. You could be right about having Strridge and Barkley back, but woy will play them too negatively, a he does the entire team. I was hoping to try and enjoy playing the underdogs but it is true that the lesser teams have closed the gap over the years, either that or our over paid players have become complacent and apathetic. I think it's a little of both sadly.

I don't believe I will ever see a tournament winning English side in my lifetime, for reasons both professional & political. If we can get past the 'yes men' and the stars that Nike & Adidas want to see on the pitch wearing their products, there may be a semblance of a chance... not until then.

I haven't forgotten what transpired at the world cup like many have either!

Estonia's recent home record is good. They beat Slovenia 1-0 in their last Euro Qualifier (Slovenia have since beaten Switzerland). Last year they drew with Holland in a World Cup qualifier and in 2012, they beat Poland, who last week beat Germany.

We have to avoid the land mines whilst developing players like Barkley, Sturridge, Sterling, Wilshire, Chambers, Stones, Shaw etc. and who knows we might just have a team to take on the world in four years time.
