Spain & Germany are allowed a rare shock defeat due to the fact they play wonderful football and usually win. Our prima donnas struggle against bankers and swimming pool cleaners. Footballers on a tenth of what our lot are paid, yet somehow almost equal in skill and we do this EVERY game.
If we were in a group with slightly better teams than Estonia & San Marino, we'd be 2nd or 3rd
How it's not possible to see the same old same old is beyond me. Woy is a joke just like England and it's only the English that don't seem to get the punch line.
MS, I understand you want to see the positives in the game, nothing wrong with that at all. But surely you can see this for what it is, and not what it appears to be?
Until we change the way our prehistoric FA and crony boys club works, we are and always will be, a joke.
