I get what you're saying about the match stats getting thrown at us at every opportunity. While watching the feed of the Baggies v Swansea match, how far each team had ran appeared at the top of the screen, followed by how much of that was 'sprinting'!! (West Brom surprisingly in front - must've running back towards their own goal). What difference does it make?

Also the boring matches. Last season, Mourinho 'parked the bus' several times in matches to nullify their opponents to get the points required to win the league. Hailed a tactical genius.
Pulis does it to get the points required to secure premiership safety. Slaughtered.
