I felt sorry for the young keeper, but if he's going to make the grade what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. They were both errors from not even high levels of Sunday football, produced by nerves I think. Poor sod. He'll be miserable when he should be celebrating.
I do think Daniel Jones is off his head though. I've never seen the moves he made to get Higdon sent off outside Strictly Come Dancing and The Very Hungry Caterpillar ........ however bad the tackle. Embarrassing.
And I saw the goal Yeovil conceded against the Dons, two minutes after their Centre Back had gone off. I've rarely seen such a lazy, not-my-job piece of defending as Nathan Smith produced, watching the ball float over him into an area he should have been defending after the dismissal. I still like him, but I saw in that moment a bit of attitude that must have rubbed Paul Cook up the wrong way .........
