Totally agree with these statements. At 29, 30, Morrison's in his prime and is good for another 3-4 years yet in the PL. I would NOT want see him go to a rival PL club.
And don't forget, Sess is 29 as well, but I can't imagine any Baggies fans willing to let him go just because he's 30 next birthday.
