Hibs never had a significant sectarian problem paignton,we have always had a mixed support,and playing staff. Unless you count a period of time where we were classed as 'irish',and playing amongst ourselves was the only way to get a game. The kind of scenario rangers and  celtic profited from.

But aye,I've more respect for folk who actually admit to singing sectarian songs and acknowledge it's wrong, rangers and their fans are in total denial on the issue, hence the 'you are all bigots too' default setting. It prevents them from actually taking responsibility.

Ask them a straight question on the issue and they scatter. How can you reason with someone who won't answer a straight question?  or equates getting beat in a final as 'success' ? The embarrassment about the billy boys is obvious,but most of them will never call it sectarian. Notice ? Fullerton was a strikebreaker, a bigoted lout and a proud member of the british fascist union. But he was a rangers fan so he and they will never,ever be called out for it.

Have hibs ever been sanctioned by UEFA for sectarian chanting? Of course not, its blatantly obvious where the problem lies.
