The central question you ask above is not validated by asking questions about me:
- it's not the club's responsibility to cure society of sectarianism
- the authorities can legislate and educate and influence as they represent (theoretically) the majority of the community
then the nub of the matter
- the fans. Personal responsibility - each individual is responsible for their own actions unless acting under duress. And this is the point: society is made up of a mass of individuals and if some of them are behaving in a way that the majority finds unacceptable it's up to the majority to either accept what they do or find a solution. If the only solution is pointing a finger change is unlikely.
