Ritchie Humphreys should be given the job because he has his coaching badges plus he will already have the respect of the players and know there best positions and how to get the best out of them and you could have Ian Evatt as the assistant manager.

Favourite at the moment is Danny Wilson and I think Nigel Clough will be up there because he did wonders at Derby on a shoe string but found it difficult at Sheffield United. Jack Lester has been coaching at Forest and I think he would make a good assistant manager. Would Leam Richardson leave Cookie at Pompey and come back to manage us? Would Tommy Wright who is now the assistant head coach at Barnsley be interested again with Crossley as assistant? There is a lot of options its just choosing the right one.

A manager who I think would be a great fit for the job would be John Still he knows non-league so could find players he plays attractive attacking football he did well at Dagenham and he's done great at Luton the problem would be would he move North because a lot of the teams he's managed have been down South.
