Well at least its hauled Deans win ratio up to 33 % now so going in the right direction.

Our highest of recent times was Nicky Law (46 %)followed by Cookie (45).
Of course these figures shouldnt be taken completely at face value, there are other factors to take into consideration .For instance the team may have had a budget advantage ,a big team in a small pond or vice versa and obviously the more games played the more accurate the figure .
A manager will usually lose his job after a poor run even if his overall figure is decent which maybe suggests the Clubs should have more patience during these runs.
