If he came, I'd guess it'd be on a deal that took his injury record into account - he hasn't played since September last year. As such, he'd be cheap, but has decent pedigree. Don't rely on him for anything, and it couldn't really go wrong - he'd be a talented option that cost little or he'd be a gamble with injuries that didn't pay off.

For what its worth, I think I saw him once during his time at Brescia, but he didn't stand out particularly. Serie B can be like that, though - its so slow and deliberate.
