Might all be true Wakey, but I still wouldn't give it to him YET.
08/09 doesn't count as this decade (and he took over when they were only 10 points from safety).
And he has never won them a trophy (promotion yes, but never won the leagues)
And even if he does get them promoted this season....then he's done it on the back of a very rich benefactor....who started throwing money at the club in 2011.
And he did a crap job at Burnley, winning as mnay games as he lost. And he only lasted a year in the North, soft Southern git that he is.
Sean Dyche is also another name I would have in front of Howe as manager of the decade.
