Howe has done a better job than most give him credit for
08/09 he was appointed manager of basement club Bournemouth and despite them starting the season on -17pts he saved them from the drop to the conference
09/10 despite still being under a transfer embargo he lead them to promotion from League 2 by finishing runners up
After his spell at Burnley he returned to Bournemouth and lead them to promotion to the Championship
And right now he stands on the verge of leading them up to the premiership
