I don't get why Eddie Howe is the manager of the decade.....he did take Bournemouth up from League 2 to Championship....however Paul Lambert surely has a better record.
He took Norwich from League 1 to Prem in only 2 seasons. Surely a better achievement. As is Nigel Adkins at Southampton. Did the same thing as Lambert.
I would give it to Howe if he takes Bournemouth up this season......but that has yet to be achieved.
