...can't see us changing the structure of the club like this at all; so if AI DOES get moved on we'll be after a new Head Coach not a manager.
Downing & Keily seem to be getting bad press but do we know that this is deserved - are we just putting 2 and 2 together and saying that they are the common denominator in our downward spiral? Not sure if they ARE a huge factor or not - surely the HEAD coach will be the one who guides these 2 and has the ultimate responsibility for players/tactics etc, and these 2 would (just) carry that on?
However I'd agree that most HC's seem to want to bring their own in, and in this way these 2 could be a problem in attracting the best candidates
