Absolutely compensation. We’re already looking at getting relegated and he certainly ain’t the coach to bring us back up, so he might as well get binned now and get compensated as opposed to getting binned at the end of the season and get compensated.
At least if he goes now we can get someone in to try and keep us up.

... I'm also wondering whether anyone has even an approximate idea of the 2 options?
Would be interesting to see!
