I can’t help feeling that much of Mason’s continued employment is predicated on winning our home games (which also might just keep us out of a relegation dogfight). However, today’s result and abject performance has sort of blown that, very tenuous, theory out of the water.
Whilst appreciating the long injury list we have together with the crap quality of the playing squad, I still can’t help thinking that his own performance as coach is dire.
This week he seemed to get a vote of confidence from Nestor but that was before today’s debacle. Do we now think he’s finished or will that depend on the next game against QPR?
