Badger are consistently one of the best breweries whose beers are widely available; Old Golden Hen and Golden Champion are both terrific pale ales weighing in at opposite ends of the strength spectrum, while for autumn and winter drinking you can't beat their Blandford Fly spiced ale and Master Stoat coffee stout.
Thornbridge stuff is fantastic too, though they've moved more towards modern craft ale in the last decade and away from proper cask-conditioned stuff. I also miss Hawkshead Brewery from the days when I used to live near the Lakes.
