WBA vs Middlesbrough - Match Thread

If we keep up this home form a dogfight will be out of the question, which'll be a relief. But yeah, our flimsy defence (we did our level best to keep a pretty shoddy ten-man Boro side well in the game during the second half) is the main obstacle to any unqualified enthusiasm from me at this stage of the season, closely followed by the wafer-thin depth of our squad. Pleased to see us score a couple from open play, though; BTA and Kipre also kept cool heads and took their chances when poor Boro defending handed it to them on a plate. We won't get birthday treats like that every week, but when we do, they need putting away. Can't ask for more on that front, and three points is, as always, job done.
