Pies are shit and as SCO said, Bacon is a bit pants too. American chocolate isn't very good and most of the general store food is cheap and processed. ( wal mart etc)
However, for a bit more money you can get just about anything you want from most of the yuppie whole foods shops.

I order my bacon and sausages online from a Brit butcher over in Carolina, they cure the pork like we do back home. The yanks remove the skin in the abattoir so there's no nice fatty bacon or nice rind on roasts for crackling

Other than that there's just about every food you could possibly imagine here, and then imagine that food stuffed into other food and again, stuffed into something else.
I need to drive in to Tulsa every time I want a curry though.
