The sadness is that Torquay is a lovely friendly club. I'd rather have had us thrash anybody but them. I'd have settled for 0-1 from a misplaced back pass.
I am not sure I could have avoided giving the game away during that second half. Even Kabby's goal exuded class in the way he never looked like missing.
My cat is yet to show any interest in communicating via the keyboard. She does lots of other things wrong instead, mostly aimed at demonstrating that she is the one in charge round here.
The missing vowels round is my only chance to shine on Only Connect. I'm much better at University Challenge, but the cat remains unimpressed.
