For numerous reasons this is my first fixture to attend this season. And even then it is post operation and against advice that I am going.

Shoulder surgery so nothing life threatening but will be in a sling and told to avoid contact, get knocked, for a few weeks.

But I am going to sit sedately, in the stand and watch what I now hope with be a display of post regime energy and freedom of expression. 

Not gonna lie, I saw the words "post operation" and wondered for a second if we'd be calling you Barbara from now on

Hope you stayed nice and sedate when Phillips put us ahead!
