Baggiesteve, he has signed a contract, I have signed a contract, he like me is an employee employed to do a job. If I fail to do my job, if i bring my employer into disrepute or for a number of other reasons I would be sacked, I would not get compensation, it would be a P45 and nothing else.
He is an employee that has failed to do the job he was employed to do, he is damaging his employers business and risk their future sales and profitability. How is he any different to you or I, why should bad managers take jobs, damage clubs, annoy the customers (supporters) and then walk away with millions of pounds.
If he was doing a decent job but not a great job and was fired then that would be a different story.
He is failing, the football is not getting results, the players are not motivated, it should be a case of the sack and no compensation.
