I'm in no position to judge but the signing of Stefan Payne excites me not at all. He's been everywhere and he's only scored goals in impressive numbers for two clubs - Hornchurch and Dover.

I just have to trust Mr Rowe on this one. He knows the non-league scene.

His past record will have nothing to do with it once he gets out on the pitch.
