The "plot thickens" eh!! The way I'm reading this unfolding story is that Sparky "gets his money", Hibs take him on a loan deal as Nisbet effectively replaces him in a £4M move, and Hibs eventually sign up Sparky at the end of season 2021-22. I must say, like Jim, I'd be tempted to just tell Celtic we don't want Griffiths under these circumstances!! However, I'm perceiving that Hibs lose out dramatically on the striking front although we possibly pull in a lotta money to then move for somebody like Lawrence Shankland??? I must say the availability of good strikers is so restrictive in Scot footie when one scrutinises that position more closely plus we don't have any new young striking talent coming through the youth ranks.
