Love Roy as we all do, it would be an awful decision lacking any strategy and future planning.  

Yes Director Football maybe, in support of a young manager such as Appleton. But I doubt any of the main contenders would want him pulling their strings.

Yet again, Albion are taking an age to make a relatively simple decision.
