Unionists trying to comfort themselves by saying the pandemic has played to the strengths of the SNP and Nicola Sturgeon, in particular. Therefore it may change later. My take is that a rollout of vaccine is coinciding with the end of the Brexit transition period and consequently the Tories could be left with the distinct feeling of "swapping the frying-pan for the fire" next year. I predict a "flood" of additional support for Scotindy finally rising well above 60% esp when one majority opinion given in Scotland was that the governing party is widely trusted on everything while a leading opposition party up here is trusted on nothing.
