A MASSIVE GAME
#8
Looking at what has changed since the Swansea result - Stay with me - DIANGANA has been missing.
But he is one player - how can one player has such an impact on a team.
1, Without him the opositions defence can and do push further up the field.
2, Sawyers then has to play a more defensive position and our midfield loses momentum. Sawyers has been poor for weeks
3, Pereira then gets two markers which retricts his contribution also. His chances and set ups have dried up or reduced.
4, Phillips work rate has had to increase and the space created by Diangana's movement has disappeared. He is tired after 60 mins and is now creating very little.
5, Service and chances for our forwards has become far far less. Our shots and shots on target home or away has halved in recent games.
6, Just one player has disrupted our whole game, unfortunatly we don't have another Diangana.
Him being back to face Leeds will be massive for us. keeping him is vital and promotion could be at risk without him.
Well that's how I see it anyway. Without him we need a player with a brain and a stick to to get us back on track.
