The technology is there, I think it needs to be used but it also needs to evolve. I thought the decision to give the penalty was correct, and for me VAR confirmed that but the goalkeeper moving off the line was about as harsh as you will see, and why was the encroachment by the French players not called?? The key with this is it needs to lead to the right decision, if it does that then it will be accepted and will make the game better and fairer.
