In all honesty it's a tough decision, 2014 has been a poor year for HTAFC.
On the pitch we've taken just 43points from 42 league games this calendar year, that's relegation form so on that basis I rule out the players and management new and old.
Off the pitch, the board have fared little better and have started to raise the eyebrows of our support. Yes Deans put millions in but then he blames the crowd for Robins departure despite the fact he wasn't at the game. Clibbens turns out to be Mr Angry when the going gets tough via twitter and it's noticeable these days how much quieter his account is(or maybe he's blocked me). Any problems in the ground and the board(Hough & Clibbens) deny responsibility and lay blame with Safety committee. I know one set of box holders who are still waiting for the club to reply to a email about a incident where 10 stewards tried to throw them out during the second half for drinking inside the box. So on the above basis I'm ruling Clibbens,Hough and Hoyle out.
So that only leaves me with Sean Jarvis and the back room staff (reserves/academy coaches) plus the younger players.
So it's my vote that goes to our U18s academy team that had a great season and knocked out WBA and Man Utd out of the FA Youth Cup...team award not individual
