The difference is every seat in most US stadiums comes with a built in drinks holder, usually attached to the back of the seat in front of you, so there is no need for you to hold your drink constantly and definitely not when you get animated at the event on the pitch!!

That sounds pretty luxurious.

The seats are better because they all have drinks holder and armrests but its still a seat at a sports stadium, so it's not exactly luxurious. Here is an example where you can see the drinks holder.
