Isn't there something in the rules that allows cheating - there's no other word for it - like this to be punished retrospectively? Bizarrely the ref didn't even book him
Ross Barkley also went down with no contact in Everton's game; however I reckon he was just completely off balance and literally fell....he got up straight away and carried on. Could be wrong here but I don't think he intentionally tried to cheat like Moses did.
