That is what I fear the chairman and board feel so therefore they will seek to keep him even if we drop into the bottom three.
With Blackburn, Williams always gave his managers more than enough time to turn things around which in the modern game is good to see. However there also comes a time when a change has to be made and delaying the inevitable will cause more harm long term.
