If we were to go about it the right way with proper due diligence (which we didn't do with Mel) and full backing like Southampton did with Pochettino, Koeman and Puel then there's more chance of success than failure.
Ultimately when TP eventually leaves we have 2 choices. Stick with someone similar like Allardyce or Moyes who won't rock the boat but the quality of play won't change or bring some freshness to the club with someone like Koeman or Sousa even if it means paying more for them. I'd really hope that the club would go with the second choice but the first choice is more likely considering our chairman's record.
