If they are good enough for a contract then surely they are deemed good enough? If they didn't have ability they wouldn't still be here. The only way they will ever get better is by getting game time with the first team. O'Grady is just another SEB, stealing a wage and seeing out his career. We should have learned a lesson last season buy hey ho.
We really do have a pot of promising youngsters for the first time I can remember and it would be sacrilege to ignore them. As Dev says give them a chance and then the ones coming up behind can see there is light at the end of the tunnel and a crowd cheering them on to better things.
