Dancing ,I am always willing to give people a chance to prove themselves and I gave Wilson and Caldwell plenty of time and they failed its as simple as that .
I know that Carson has made mistakes but so do nearly every club when it comes to employing managers otherwise the average lifespan of a manager would be longer than 18 months and I don't know what Allen's end game is ,it puzzles me .But I do know that they cannot do right from wrong now, you have to agree with that .Lester was the most popular choice with the fans and clearly has good credentials to be a top coach but every appointment is a gamble you have to agree with that surely.
