The way Ricky German played last night I can't see him going on loan. He troubles defenders, he's big and strong and can stay on the ball and not get pushed off, good at creating chances and can win the ball back if we lose it. He's got to be in the first team no question about it. Only trouble is there is a lot of good, young promising players in the first team be difficult to pick a starting eleven from all of them.
