Agree 100% Dev. What a waste of time this is (pun intended). The referees can cut out time wasting at a stroke. They are supposed to apply the rules. A few bookings will soon cut it out. As soon as they do that we might actually get value for money. Surely this is the wrong way to deal with the issue?
