If anything, I feel this season's collapse is worse than last season's due to the relative ease of getting to 40 points. How can anyone not believe the players are not on the beach, could anyone provide any other explanation for these dire performances apart from a lack of serious commitment from the players. I cannot think of any other reason to explain this run of shite. To tender the explanation that the lads are working aaard but not getting the rub of the green is to question the intelligence of the average Baggies fan. I know I'm like a broken record on this but Pulis is the most negative manager in this league, bar none. This guy would play Lionel Messi as a defensive or holding midfielder, he does not have an ambitious bone in his body. Why anyone thinks next season will be different from this one if he gets money to buy players is beyond me. He'll buy the same type of players to fit into the same feckin' system, only they will be on higher wages. Flair, pace, creativity - forget it! It will be work rate, closing down, defend, try and score from a corner - just like this season. I'm not even remotely comparing us to the major clubs in this league because that's just dumb but don't tell me there is any reason why Bournemouth, Burnley, Watford, even Allarydce's Palace are better to watch than we are other than the intent of the bloke who manages them. I don't give an arse about "we need Pulis to keep us in the Premier League", that's total bo**ocks. If the sum total of our ambition and also that of the fans is "don't care how wretched the football is as long as we stay up", then what does that says about WBA. If we don't care how bad we are as long as we're better than the Villa, we're in a sad state. We are crap!
Sorry about that, I didn't mean to write that but supporting the Albion is, for me, very dispiriting right now....and that's despite our position in the league
I agree, Josh, that's the form that gets managers sacked. Sadly for us, that won't happen.

We really need to spend good money and sign quality players in the summer otherwise next season could be a struggle.
