Seriously though that was shite. Not 1 shot on target, everybody in the box for corners against 10 men - why not just invite them in for a coffee. Get the big men up for a corner then take it short and end up going backwards ???? As for the new signings, well let me think ............... mmmm No, cant think of anything positive so wont say anything.
Possession is only good if you do something with it and we didn't. It doesn't bode well. To say we have had 2 weeks without a game to give the manager chance to get to know the players, it didn't show. It looked as though we had never played together at times, no or little movement off the ball, no getting in their faces, no going for second balls. Totally inept for me.
At least there will be a couple more local derby's next season Notts c, Mansfield, Lincoln and not Donny and Rotherham.
