According to team talk it's a done deal for Holmes-Dennis who can play either right or left back. 20 years old, has had loan spells at Oxford, Plymouth and Oldham.
The rumour now is about a double signing. Fox as well.

The word on twitter now is a £2.5m bid for Billing from Palace.

They'll be looking for a replacement for Jedinak in their midfield two. Billing would fit that but he is nowhere near ready for premier league I don't think.
