McGugan was quality for us the season before last, but that was maybe because he has some flair and skill unlike the rest of our team at the time. We then signed him permanently before Carlos arrived and he never got a look in. It appears that he didn't buy into the pressing game we play under CC and he refused to fill in out of position when needed, so is now transfer listed.

He is a good player though, if you can utilize him where he plays best as an attacking midfielder then he could do a job for you. Great with free kicks around the box as well. Fell it was just wrong club at the wrong time with us.

On further investigation, you are absolutely right jjamez. In fact he scored against Burnley too. Fading memories, but do remember him watching from the stands at the televised game at Cardiff due to the speculation about him moving on. Phew.....No parallels there then!
